If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, your service provider is subject to charge a cancellation fee as deemed necessary.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show and subject to being charged a cancellation fee deemed necessary.
